The Goal Of The Global Marketing CO-OP is to offer a wide variety of products and services that the members can participate in on promotional campaigns which then allow the participating members to an equal share form the revenue sharing pool

Each Member Receives Training and Support To Help Them In Their Marketing And Income Producing Activities.

The Global Marketing CO-OP has been created so any Person, at any computer or Internet skill level will have success as a member and be able earn money from the Internet.

In addition, the members have a variety of marketing venues to promote their other internet businesses via the Global Marketing CO-OP.

Membership is free. Successful Internet Marketeers Can Add The Global Marketing CO-OP as an advertising resouce to enhance there online activities.

To remain a free member, you must register in each of the traffic exchanges and the global list safe list.

Global Marketing CO-OP, . Member Agreement 1. As a member applicant, I agree that I will be an Independent Contractor responsible for my own member and business activities. I am not an agent, employee or legal representative of Global Marketing CO-OP, Inc. I am responsible for all the of the Federal, State self-employment taxes required under any federal, state tax regulatory taxation agency. I have in my possession or am applying for any required licenses for the sale of any and all products or services that I acquire through the Global Marketing CO-OP or its affiliates. I am of legal age in the state of my residence. 2. I understand that the Global Marketing CO-OP, Inc has been established for the use of people who are over the age of 18. I understand that if I join the Global Marketing CO-OP and it is found out that I am not at the minimum age of 18 that my membership will be forfeited and I will receive no further benefits or compensation in any form from the Global Marketing CO-OP. 3. I understand and agree that I will not in any form or shape, advertise on the Internet, newspapers or any written publications, television, video or cd or dvd's. I understand that the website url, http://www.global mMarketing .com, including all extensions will only be used to personally show and explain the benefits of membership to prospective members. I will not do any activities which will publish the website address and have people visit the website from any place or source. I understand that this is a form of spam advertising and if I get caught doing this, my membership will be terminated. 4. The Member agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Global Marketing CO-OP, Inc., and officers, directors, shareholders, employees and agents) against any claims, liability, obligations, expenses, (including attorney fees) or damages arising out of any representations made my another Global Marketing CO-OP, Inc. member. 5. The Global Marketing CO-OP Inc. may terminate this agreement at any time with the member if the member applicant breaches this agreement or engage in any conduct which may bring ill repute upon Global Marketing CO-OP Inc., or is in violation of any law, government regulation or ordinance. 6. The Member applicant will not make any misleading or false claims about Global Marketing CO-OP Inc. or its marketing plans, matrix structures, income statements, advertising customers, revenue sharing pool or any other facet of Global Marketing r CO-OP Inc. 7. The Member Applicant agrees not to use the names, trade names, logos, copyrighted material, trademarks or service marks of Global Marketing CO-OP Inc. 8. This Agreement may be cancelled at any time by the Member Applicant with a 30 day written notice provided to Global Marketing CO-OP, Inc. 9. This Agreement Ends With The Death Of The Member. 10. There is no real value or cash value placed on or with this membership. 11. The value of this membership is and always will be zero. 12. There is no value to pass on to heirs or next of kin. 13. There can never be any type of lean filed against this membership agreement as their is no value of any kind in this membership. 14. The Member Applicant, his heirs and assigns receive no value whether in real or implied. 15. This Membership Agreement shall be governed by the Laws of the State of Nevada I understand that by placing a check in the agreement acceptance box, I am stating that I have read this agreement and the I do understand this agreement. I will abide by the rules of this agreement and that I will do no advertising or distributing any materials that are not specifically authorized the Global Marketing CO-OP, Inc.

Membership Benefits

1. Free membership in the Global Marketing CO-OP, Inc.

2. This membership agreement enables the members to receive basic internet training and to learn how to and then participate in the Advertising Campaigns that the member chooses.

3. The Global Marketing CO-OP Will send out a notice to all members when there is a new Advertising Campaign Starting. Each member decides what they want to participate in.
